KF01005 29.5dB CLASS5 Earmuff

It is mandatory to wear earmuff while working in the site with over 80 dB noise.  

Care should be taken while their application:
    In order to acquire the optimal protective effect and the earmuff pad should be fitting with head tightly and any substances influencing the wearing tightness such as hairs around ears( try to set back the hairs as much as possible), thick or eyeglasses frame not fitting with head tightly, pencils or caps put on ears will reduce the protective property because of wearing earmuff loosely.
    Bending and changing head band shape should not be allowed, which make the head band loosely and further cause sound leakage.

1. Outer Surface of Earmuff should be scrubbing with soap and warm water and whole earmuff should not be immersed in water;

2. Earmuff should not be stored at which temperature is higher than 55 degree centigrade such as behind the windshield or window;

3. Some chemical substances may cause failure of earmuff ;

4. Regular inspection should be performed to check if there are cracking or damage and replaced the components in due time. The normal service life for the foam pad is 6months;

5. The potential electrical risks may be increased by the metal parts integrated in the earmuff.
